Terms and conditions

Any property that requires heavy-duty cleaning will be quoted separately.

Cleaning includes general cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, mopping of floors, vacuuming of carpets, washing of cupboards, and wall tiles. Please note the following: We do not wash or spot clean carpets; a separate quote is required.

If grout cannot be cleaned, you need to re-grout. Walls are only wiped down and not washed; a separate quote is required. If the walls can't come clean, they need to be painted. We can only do what is possible within the booked time.

Any work not completed within the allocated time will require another booking to be made. This can be arranged with option 1 or option 2. Only reachable windows can be cleaned (optional extra). Light fixtures can be removed before the time if you want them washed, or if requested, can be removed by us. We will, however, not repair or replace any light fixture that gets damaged, as these parts are brittle and mostly pre-worn. 

Whereas every effort is made to ensure that the persons working in your home are honest and competent and do not have a history of negligence. or clumsiness, accidents do occur.  NS-char does not accept liability for any act or omission which might result in loss or damage to your property. 

*Ironing items are limited at our discretion. If required, some items will only be ironed on our next visit, or you need to book the add-on option. Prices are subject to change
